The Spanish team, carefully chosen by Jose Romero, the team&#8217;s team manager, has caused a great sensation with its creations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spain presents itself to the First Panettone World Cup with a luxury team<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spain has entered the competition with a luxury team carefully chosen by Jose Romero, its team manager. Its members, pastry chefs Tonatiuh Cort\u00e9s (Cloudstreet Bakery, Barcelona), Rafa Aguilera (Cal Jan, Torredembarra) and Jos\u00e9 Manuel Marcos (Crujiente, Alicante), are great experts in making Panettone, this sweet of Italian origin and characteristic of the Christmas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the team, each component is assigned a perfectly defined role. Thus, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Marcos Candela will be in charge of the chocolate panettone, Rafel Aguilera of the savory one and Ton Cort\u00e9s of the classic one with candied fruits. Without forgetting the detail of the reserve candidate who is Alfonso Quintero, from the Flor de la Pasi\u00f3n bakery (Seville), prepared to be able to replace with guarantees any member of the team who ultimately could not compete due to any unforeseen event.
